Abstract
A young patient suffers a trauma in the leg, as a consequence of this, she presents a fissure in the fibula, she goes to the public system where an orthopedist suggests operating in a private clinic for 1500 dollars, adducing the deficiencies of inputs in the public system. Angry at this blackmail, she asks the shift administrator for an appointment with another specialist, after three hours the new doctor receives you with the phrase, "Are you the one who doesn't want to pay 1500 dollars to heal? ....... In the end surgery was not necessary.
