Foot pain and inability to ambulate after plantar hyperflexion

Abstract
A 39-year-old female patient, housewife, picnic biotype, with a history of hypothyroidism on treatment with levothyroxine 50 mcg daily, was admitted to a third-level health home due to indirect trauma to the left foot with plantar hyperflexion mechanism. with added axial load which causes intense pain and impossibility for ambulation.
