CONVOCATORIA DE ARTÍCULOS PARA EL VOLUMEN 5, NÚMERO 1 DE MARZO DE 2020

2019-07-08

The importance of introspection as a path for the improvement of the person, and of the maturation processes to which he is invited throughout his life, becomes increasingly relevant. In this work, health professionals are not indifferent, as self-criticism and proactive capacity are established as a method to face the complex scenario that the reality of health is currently facing.

In this way they are problematic to be discussed by the health care from an internal and external vision among others: bureaucratization of the health administration, comparative studies of successful health administrations, need for labor and training improvements, absence of perception studies in the attention of the users, comprehensive education for health personnel aimed at forming an introspective awareness and specifying soft skills.

For the above is intended in this call of the Journal "Rural Family Practice" to invite the academic community to present their research in Volume 5, Number 1 of March 2020, entitled: "Self-criticism in Health: new trends are necessary" .

The complexity of the objective sought justifies the presence of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary studies, clinical practice, research complementarity, comparative law, hermeneutics, and those of research in health sciences.

Its concretion may serve to promote a health culture committed to the continuous improvement of its surrounding reality, as well as a more complex vision in the tireless work of its scientific research.

The monograph will be coordinated by the PhD, Fernando Lara Lara, a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador Santo Domingo Headquarters.

In this way we invite the scientific community to postulate their original works within the following themes:

The health administration: challenges and challenges.
    Successful health systems.
    Ethics of the health professional.
    Patient satisfaction
Labor and training needs of the health professional.
Comprehensive education of health professionals and soft skills.
