Paciente de 82 años con masa pulmonar de 10 meses de evolución, reporte de caso clínico

Resumen
Se presenta una paciente de 82 años, sin sintomatología respiratoria, inicia con dolor inespecífico en hipocondrio izquierdo, sector en el que tras 10 mes aparece una masa. De la cual se toma una biopsia que no es concluyente, pero en exámenes de imagen se observa varios nódulos pulmonares y una masa de la cual se toma una biopsia y se obtiene el diagnóstico.
